Resources

There are a lot of resources out there to help people. Some people have a negative view and/or connotation about seeking or asking for help; this is especially true with mental health services. Going to a counselor, therapist, or psychologist only says that you are seeking out professional help for when life’s burdens get a little too heavy.  The truth is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking a little help. In fact, we all need it whether we realize it, seek it out, and ask for it or not. Why struggle through things when there are plenty of helping hands reaching out? My encouragement to you would be to always ask for help when you need it!
