If you have ever had a garden before, you know that it can be a lot of work. My husband and I decided to have a garden this year complete with all sorts of herbs, vegetables, and fruit. It really was hard wo
rk, and I wasn’t always convinced it was worth it. Then something happened…the hard work began to pay off. The next thing I knew, we were having homegrown corn, tomatoes, strawberries, zucchini, and more. It made me realize that all of the hard work we put into the garden paid off in the end, which got me to thinking.
Marriage is a lot like a garden; it requires a lot of work, but when you are willing to put in the time, attention, and prevention to it, you end up with an amazing, worthwhile result. This week we are going to take a look at those three things – time, attention, and prevention - to help your marriage grow!
